We are looking for an enthusiast, idealist and go-getter for the next season starting from April 2025.
Inside the restaurant she/he is responsible for:
 * leading, motivating and training the service team
 * plan and coordinate daily work, supervise accounting management
 * to supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (lunch / dinner)
 * to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
 * to record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details
 * to support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service
 * to supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested
Qualifications
 * Excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian.
 * A good knowledge of wines
 * At least three years of experience in the same role
 * Communication and management skills, customer orientation and teamwork complete the profile
