PpbASAP start /b /p pCalling all Hotel Sales Managers in Italy ready for the next step in their career! /p pWe are looking for a bmotivated and skilled Hotel Sales Manager /b to lead revenue growth and expand business opportunities in the leisure, groups, and MICE markets at our bexclusive luxury resort /b. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a bbrand-new 5-star luxury resort in Italy /b during its exciting pre-opening and transition phase. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liProactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with revenue goals. /li liOversee group and MICE inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses. /li liManage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract finalization. /li liFoster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders. /li liWork closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional guest experience. /li liSupport pre-opening activities and contribute to establishing efficient sales processes and workflows. /li liStay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights and updates. /li liAct as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, showcasing independence and proactive leadership. /li /ul h3bProfile Requirements /b /h3 ul libProven experience in hotel sales /b, preferably within bluxury hospitality /b or related industries. /li liExperience managing groups and/or MICE segments is highly desirable. /li liFamiliarity with bOpera /b and bSalesforce /b is a plus. /li liFluency in bItalian and English /b. /li liLocally based or willing to commute/relocate to the hotel area. /li liProactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a standalone role. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul h3bWhat We Offer /b /h3 ul liA bfull-time contract /b with a competitive salary. /li liA bhybrid working model /b, tailored to location and business needs. /li liPotential support with relocation or housing assistance, discussed during the hiring process. /li liThe opportunity to be part of the launch of a bflagship luxury resort /b. /li /ul pbJob title: Hotel Sales Manager /b /p pbLocation: Courmayeur, Italy /b /p pbASAP start /b /p pIf you would like to have more information about the role, please apply or send your cv to /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
