Report to the Regional Sales Manager and work remotely. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive sales growth by managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities across public and private histopathology laboratories. /li liPromote and sell the full Leica Biosystems portfolio, including instruments, consumables, and digital solutions, in alignment with territory strategy. /li liManage complex sales processes, including public tenders, pricing negotiations, and key account planning. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pathologists, lab managers, and procurement departments. /li liCollaborate closely with internal teams (Applications, Service, Marketing) to ensure optimal customer experience and successful solution implementation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent; a life‑science degree (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology) is preferred. /li liMultiple years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within the medical device, diagnostics, or life‑science industries. /li liProven experience managing a sales territory and achieving revenue and growth targets. /li liBusiness‑level proficiency in English. /li /ul h3Required Travel Physical/Environmental /h3 ul liAvailability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel. /li liMust hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liSales within anatomical pathology / histopathology environments. /li liManaging public tenders and working with hospital procurement processes. /li liUsing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC). /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pLeica Biosystems offers a comprehensive benefits program, including health care and paid time off. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
