Your Mission
For our PUMA store at the Palmanova-Aiello del Friuli Outlet (UD), we seek talented individuals eager to thrive in a dynamic, sporty environment, focusing on :
* Making PUMA the fastest sports brand in the world through strategic management and sales culture promotion.
* Hiring, managing, and training a results-oriented team, ensuring training programs are executed.
* Achieving store sales and KPI targets through medium- and long-term strategies, expense control, sales, and customer service.
* Maintaining high customer service standards aligned with PUMA's values.
* Analyzing customer profiles and sales trends; providing feedback to the Area Manager.
* Efficiently handling incoming and outgoing merchandise.
* Meeting or exceeding inventory and stock targets; managing physical inventory counts following Loss Prevention rules.
* Ensuring all VM rules are followed and standards are met or exceeded.
* Communicating, managing, and executing marketing initiatives and events within budget constraints.
Your Talent
* Candidates registered under compulsory employment lists (L-68 / 99) are welcome.
* 2-4 years managerial experience in retail focused on customer service (preferably apparel and footwear) with measurable objectives.
* Passion for the PUMA brand.
* Interest in the commercial and financial sectors.
* Friendly, reliable personality oriented towards customer satisfaction.
* Goal-oriented with presentation skills for large groups.
* Outgoing with strong communication and motivational skills.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in PC programs : Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet.
* Excellent command of English.
