About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Milan on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you’ll support our Client Directors in delivering loyalty campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands - from pitch preparation through to campaign execution.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll contribute to the planning, coordination, and rollout of in-store promotions and reward-based marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, helping ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support:
* Analyse client briefs and gather relevant information for pitch development
* Prepare engaging and visually strong PowerPoint presentations
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Assist in selecting suitable products, digital activations, and promotional ideas
* Input project information into internal systems
* Join client meetings alongside senior team members
Post-Sales Campaign Management:
* Coordinate day-to-day campaign activities and timelines
* Draft briefs for creative teams and review materials (text, images, catalogues)
* Manage internal and client approvals
* Support in drafting contracts and campaign terms
* Liaise with external agencies for store checks and promotional execution
* Organise photo and video shoots for marketing assets
* Maintain regular contact with client counterparts
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (advanced level)
* Strong attention to detail and design sense for presentation work
* Confident communicator and natural collaborator
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
* Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
* Good command of English (B2 minimum; C1 preferred)
* Fluent in Italian
