What will be your mission?\nAsProperty Sales Manager (M/F), you will report hierarchically to the Hotel General Manager and functionally to the Director of Sales in Italy.\nWhat will you do?\n\nUnderstand the business strategy, positioning of the brand and the Minor Hotels group and effectively publicize this positioning in the market, projecting a professional image to maintain and improve the reputation of the brand;\nDevelop business opportunities with a strong focus on international markets, Latin America, Middle East and Asia Pacific;\nPutting into practice a multi-segment strategy that allows the optimization of results at different times of the year and positions the hotel within the luxury segment\nStay up-to-date on rates and all hotel product and service offers;\nConduct regular market analyzes in order to monitor competition and industry trends;\nCarry out the correct monitoring, follow-up and management of the group segment on the property, ensuring the correct positioning, follow-up and follow-up of inspection visits, whenever necessary;\nParticipate in the elaboration of the hotel's budget in terms of revenue\nUnderstand the importance and priority of the Hotel's financial results and direct commercial efforts towards their fulfillment planning and prioritizing work to achieve goals and deadlines;\nSupport the development of contacts with new customers and monitor their potential revenue;\nCommit to your professional development, including the constant acquisition and improvement of knowledge in the financial, negotiation and sales areas, necessary for an effective performance of functions;\nCarry out effective cost control, complying with internal procedures for approving expenses;\nActively participate in promotional and commercial trips, inspection visits, roadshows, community events and sector meetings in order for Hotel to achieve the expected commercial results;\nEstablish an effective connection with the hotel's operational teams, Front Office, Reservations and Events, providing support and information necessary to ensure compliance with all services and products sold to customers;\nGenerate upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Minor Hotels products with customers;\nMake business and commercial presentations, internally and externally, and be able to adapt them to the public/client;\nPerform any other role-related duties as assigned.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nProfessional experience in the sales area of at least 3 years and knowledge of the Luxury travel segment\nStrong network and knowledge within the international luxury markets with a focus in Latin America, Middle East and Asia Pacific.\nStrong leadership skills and Excellent interpersonal skills;\nPositive attitude, even in situations of stress and pressure;\nStrong organizational capabilities, flexibility, adaptability and professional secrecy;\nFocus on results, customer orientation, analytical and creative skills;\nGood Communication/Persuasion and Negotiation Skills;\nAvailability to travel nationally and internationally;\nExcellent ability to create and maintain a customer base;\nKnowledge of Italian, English (fluent in terms of speaking);\nComputer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the commercial area, PMS and IT, Budget Management and Financial Management software.\n\nWhy choose us?\nAtMinor Hotels Europe & Americas we are committed to shaping exciting careers worldwide and cross-cultural experiences.
