Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the commercial success of newly launched products across the EMEA region. You bridge Product, Sales, Marketing, Applications and Service to move NPIs from launch to meaningful revenue. You, supported by cross-functional teams, shape country plans and build an accelerated NPI pipeline. You will engage early adopter accounts to secure initial wins and guide launches to scale across markets. This is an opportunity to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies while delivering measurable patient and lab outcomes.

- Identify, secure, and convert early adopter and lighthouse accounts for visible first wins
- Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness with Marketing, Applications, Service, and Supply Chain
- Collaborate with Marketing to empower country sales teams with tools and value propositions for priority NPI deals
- Incorporate structured market feedback to influence roadmap, pricing, and GTM strategies;

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years in business development, strategic sales, or product commercialization
- Proven track record launching and scaling new products in diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences
- Fluency in English;
additional EMEA languages are a plus - Ability to travel within the EMEA region
