Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a particular focus on France, the French Riviera, Europe, and the Middle East.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with developers, architectural firms, interior designers, and high-profile contractors.
* Oversee the entire commercial cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and contract closing.
* Represent Palazzo Morelli at international trade fairs and industry events.
* Collaborate with internal departments (technical office, procurement, marketing) to ensure project success.
* Effectively use the company’s CRM platform to enter and update contact databases, monitor interaction history, and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Developer/Sales Manager, gained within the contract and high-end interiors sector.
* Excellent command of French and fluent knowledge of English.
* Advanced digital skills, including:
o use of CRM platforms and contact databases;
o proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
o use of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for networking and lead generation;
o knowledge of project management platforms (such as Notion, Monday, ClickUp);
o ability to use Canva for presentations (considered a plus).
* Strong aptitude for participation and representation at international fairs and events.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and complex deal management skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently.
