The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales in both domestic and international markets. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDevelop and manage a portfolio of clients in the cosmetics/skincare industry /liliIdentify new sales opportunities and drive business growth in assigned territories /liliPresent and promote Probiotical’s skincare product lines to potential customers and partners /liliCollaborate with RD and marketing teams to align on product strategies and market positioning /liliParticipate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings /liliMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement /liliMeet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the division’s strategic growth /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr/pulliMinimum 3 years of sales experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or probiotic industry /liliStrong knowledge of the beauty/cosmetics market, preferably with a background in skin health or active ingredients /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills /liliExperience in B2B sales of active ingredients, raw materials, or finished products. /liliSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently /liliProficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) /liliAvailability to travel internationally as required /li /ul
