The role involves maintaining a consistent brand image to attract customers and promote sales online. The manager will also increase organizational awareness of market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Success factors include strategic thinking, market knowledge, understanding key e-commerce KPIs, data analysis, project management, and leadership skills in a multifaceted environment.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES :Net sales and PL: Manage budgeting, sales results, and PL; report regularly; analyze KPIs to inform decisions; coordinate with web marketing and operations teams.Regional calendar management: Collaborate with stakeholders to revise and implement the calendar; suggest local opportunities.Team coordination: Work with CRM, product, creative, project management, and IT teams to ensure plan execution.Website performance: Oversee website performance; conduct testing and participate in testing sessions.Cost management: Monitor costs related to returns, payments, etc.; identify cost reduction opportunities.Business development and website optimization: Explore growth opportunities, benchmark competitors, and enhance user experience and content.Brand relationship: Build strong relationships with the brand to align budgets and activities; leverage brand and digital channel synergies.Go-to-market coordination: Align with retail teams on calendar activities and promotions.Legal coordination: Work with legal teams on relevant matters.NETWORK OF INTERACTION :INTERNAL : Brand, Legal, Operations, Web Marketing, CRM, Product, and other channel teams.EXTERNAL : Web marketing agencies, external vendors.TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEExtensive experience in direct and digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.Effective communicator capable of inspiring collaboration.Proven ability to manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders.Excellent organizational and data analysis skills; able to derive actionable insights from large data sets.Thorough understanding of direct marketing principles.Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.Experience working with global technology and business teams.Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital merchandising, marketing, or e-commerce.Knowledge of e-commerce business models and strategies to drive sales efficiently.Understanding of the digital ecosystem and channel integration.Analytical, problem-solving, results-driven approach.Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools.Knowledge of online marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, Email, etc.).LANGUAGES
