Senior Sales Manager
This role offers a unique blend of management, selling, coaching, and leadership responsibilities. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be part of our Italian Sales Team and report to the VP Sales and Sales Operations. Your primary objective is to enable your sales team to meet assigned sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work with local decision-makers to develop a local sales strategy that aligns with regional organisational sales plans.
* Define market approaches for Client Managers and determine targets they should achieve and strive to exceed.
* Implement and enforce sales procedures and policies as defined by sales leadership.
* Drive alignment to sales and organisational strategies by creating operational plans and identifying areas for continuous improvement in the sales process.
* Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in opportunity qualification for large or complex deals.
* Collaborate with account teams to leverage NTT capabilities and create a strong client satisfaction journey.
* Act as a coach and advisor to assist Client Managers and all Sales Team members in setting and keeping priority activities.
* Take final responsibility for updating and accuracy of sales systems, sales reports, and sales forecast.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or technology field or equivalent.
* Extended relevant experience in similar roles within the ICT Market (preferably system integration business).
* Strong experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
* Extended experience dealing with clients and engaging with different stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Able to work in a multinational environment.
* Proficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce.
* Business acumen.
* Strong capabilities in motivating people and managing complex negotiations.
