What You'll Do
Handle inbound sales inquiries from German-speaking clients
Convert warm leads into sales through consultative approach
Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain high-quality customer interaction and sales performance
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Requirements
German (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
Minimum 1 year of client-facing / calling-based sales experience
Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
Results-driven mindset with ability to work towards targets
Compensation
Monthly: €1,760 gross + uncapped quarterly bonus
Annual: €24,640 – €32,000+ gross (14 salaries + uncapped bonus potential)
