Job Title: Senior Sales Assistant
We are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Assistant responsible for assisting clients through personalized customer experiences. The ideal candidate will represent Tissot as an ambassador, inspiring our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead complex client requests and assist them throughout the entire customer journey, including after-sales activities.
2. Support operational tasks, be aware of company procedures and systems, and ensure compliance.
3. Take actions to maximize sales opportunities across all categories.
4. Drive results by delivering an elevated customer experience during and after the sale.
Skills and Experience:
* 3-4 years in a retail sales assistant role.
* Strong skills in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A work ethic that emphasizes going above and beyond to satisfy clients and exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in English.
* Additional language skills are a plus.
