Develop long‐term relationships with top Belgian brands, support them in the integration of their offers and develop ambitious goals for future growth prospectsAchieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Amazon's third‐party business across the EUIdentify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll‐out of these solutionsShare learnings with your global counterparts (EU, US and Asia teams) to drive best practices and identify new opportunitiesConduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growthWork closely with Head of Marketplace to identify category specific growth opportunitiesIdentify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams
Fluency in Dutch or French, and EnglishBachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or a related degree (post‐graduate education recommended)4+ years of working experience in management consulting, product management or sales managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simplyStrong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and database analysis, and experience solving analytical problemsMotivation and decision‐making in a highly dynamic environmentAbility to thrive in an ambiguous environmentHighly organized and results‐oriented
