We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Manager for Commercial Space Infrastructures programs.
Candidates that would impress us: You are graduate.
Retribuzione / BenefitsMaintain up-to-date market insights and trends for assigned user segments
Identify user personas and journeys; propose UX KPIs and report on them
Act as first contact for new prospects and educate them on space utilization possibilities
Translate user needs into technical requirements and support payload scoping
Assist in payload development, certification, flight and operations phases
Support utilization contracts and ongoing customer engagement post-mission
Gather feedback after xlwpduy missions and identify opportunities for follow-up engagements
ResponsabilitàBachelor in Aerospace Engineering or STEM discipline; or Master in Aerospace Engineering (preferred)
Familiarity with space field and in-space experimentation/utilization
Experience translating user needs for engineering teams (preferred)
Excellent English; proficiency with MS Office
