Responsibilities
* Lead multidisciplinary development initiatives across one or more device platforms, ensuring alignment between design intent, clinical requirements, manufacturing readiness, and business objectives.
* Drive innovation in product architecture, materials, and processes, including contribution to invention disclosures and intellectual property activities.
* Define and govern development roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans for new introductions and lifecycle extensions.
* Balance competing priorities across multiple initiatives, assigning workstreams and guiding technical leaders to meet delivery and cost objectives.
* Direct the transition of products from development into full production, including evaluation and onboarding of manufacturing sites.
* Ensure readiness of equipment, suppliers, and processes prior to volume manufacturing.
* Guide the creation and optimization of manufacturing processes by analyzing critical inputs, outputs, and risk drivers.
* Lead supplier selection activities and support technical negotiations related to tooling, automation, and external manufacturing partners.
Key Requirements
* Min 8 years as R&D in a plant in Pharma or Medical Device
* Min 2 years as manager of a team
* Degree in Engineering
* Fluent English
