Job Overview:
* Drive the growth of the Solar Module sales business, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
* Conduct regional market analysis, focusing on supply/demand trends, policies, competitors’ activities, and distributor performance.
* Build relationships with potential partners including distributors, installers, and consultants.
* Establish and meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Support marketing efforts for regional campaigns.
* Prepare sales reports for management.
* Gather customer feedback and market trends to shape product strategy.
* Engage with industry players to align product offerings with their needs.
* Develop proposals for customer tenders.
* Identify new market segments and opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers on product delivery.
* Participate in product design reviews.
* Oversee product launches with field marketing and sales teams.
Key Requirements:
* 3-5 years experience in the solar module industry, working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs.
* Proven sales and business development skills.
* Familiarity with procurement processes and customer relations.
* Strong decision-making and initiative-taking abilities.
* Financial understanding, including budgets and expenditures.
* Proactive, sales-driven attitude.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
* Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
* Proficiency in English and local language.
