JOB PURPOSE The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth, increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gains globally. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate and demonstrate Future's full capabilities to customers, positioning our value add effectively. What the role involves: Developing global strategies and implementing site tactics with regional teams to drive revenue and increase gross profit margins. Understanding customer needs deeply and formulating regional strategies to foster growth. Building relationships with senior management through regular visits. Presenting Future’s value proposition and solutions, including initiatives like the Business Partner Programme, to enhance service at all customer sites. Collaborating with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets, aiming to increase market share at each location. Driving supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Providing responsive customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery. Engaging the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have: Proven sales success in electronics distribution for at least five years, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes with measurable achievements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Self-motivation and team collaboration skills.
