About the Role To strengthen our Commercial organization, we are looking for an experienced professional who will be responsible for developing and managing commercial activities within the assigned area, with the objective of expanding and consolidating the customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities proactively identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding the existing customer portfolio;
build, maintain and strengthen commercial relationships with national and international clients;
monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning;
prepare, negotiate and finalize commercial offers, providing active support throughout the entire sales process;
work closely with technical, engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and successfully met, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You Need to Be Successful 5–7 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments;
Bachelor’s degree in technical disciplines;
excellent command of the English language (written and spoken);
proven experience as an Area Sales Manager and/or Sales Engineer ;
strong customer‑centric mindset combined with a clear focus on results;
solid negotiation skills and a structured approach to business development;
excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building skills;
ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments .
