Overview A Trade Credit Account Manager, within one of the leading international brokers, will be responsible for the relationship with Clients and Companies for all issues related to the portfolio he/she manages. Description The role: The Trade Credit Account Manager will manage a number of clients with whom he/she must establish a lasting trusted relationship. Responsibilities
Support daily operations and respond to insurer requests based on expected needs. Monitor portfolio profitability. Negotiate renewal insurance offers. Manage client and company relationships through regular meetings regarding credit, claims, and contractual needs. Manage contracts – monitoring and retention: supervise administrative contract management of own client portfolio. Adapt contracts to evolving client needs. Implement commercial actions to retain clients.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of credit insurance sector and stakeholders, at least 3 years experience. Dynamic and service-oriented. Negotiation skills. Teamwork orientation. Excellent organizational, relational, and commercial skills – client relationship management. Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making. Knowledge of foreign languages other than English is a plus in an international context.
Education Middle secondary school diploma; preferred economic-legal training. Benefits
