Develop and maintain a product roadmap for the food service market, ensuring that it aligns with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, project management, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on global customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product adoption and growth, including pricing strategies, product positioning, value proposition and communication plans in collaboration with the marketing team. Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in the refrigeration industry, specifically food service. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, global cold chain product management, senior management, and external stakeholders, including customers and partners. Formulation of business cases and product high level requirements for newproduct proposals. Execution of tactical plans with the Sales organization. Management of the food service product portfolio and lifecycle Required qualifications and experience Bachelor / Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field 3 years Product management experience preferably in the refrigeration industry Expertise and knowledge of electronic controls Customer-oriented, interpersonal and execution skills Fluent in Italian and in English, 3rd language is a plus Customer Focus Decision Quality Drives Vision & Purpose Communicates Effectively Business Insight J-18808-Ljbffr
