đŻ Your Mission
We are growing â and we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive our client engagement and expand our market footprint. In this position you will enhance our business development efforts across key European markets. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and cultivating lasting relationships with independent power producers (IPPs), renewable energy developers, and infrastructure investors.
đ§© What Youâll Do
* Supporting the identification and pursuit of new commercial opportunities in utilityâscale solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and substation engineering by engaging potential clients and contributing to earlyâstage business development;
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, project developers, EPCs, and utilities to strengthen Innovo PHâs market presence;
* Managing dayâtoâday sales activities, including initial client outreach, technical discussions, proposal coordination, and contributing to contract negotiations;
* Preparing tailored technical service proposals in close collaboration with the engineering team to ensure alignment with customer needs and project requirements;
* Coordinating a smooth handover of signed projects to the technical department for execution, while holding responsibility over the full sales process until reconciliation of the account receivables;
* Monitoring market trends and proactively providing insights and strategic support to management team for aligning sales strategy with evolving industry needs;
* Representing Innovo PH at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the companyâs network and enhance visibility.
đ€ What You Bring
* At least 5 yearsÂŽ experience in B2B sales of engineering or technical services in the renewable energy sector and multi-countries commercial environment;
* Strong existing network in the European solar, battery storage, and grid infrastructure community - especially among IPPs and developers;
* In-depth understanding of the project lifecycle, from development to execution, in large-scale energy projects;
* Confident and persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills;
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential;
* Additional languages such as German and Italian are a plus;
* Willingness to travel within Europe as needed to support business growth;
