If you join us, here’s what you can expect — and what we expect from you: Head Sommelier: What you’ll do: As Head Sommelier, you will lead the wine program, curating the wine list and creating exceptional food and wine pairings for members and guests. You will guide and train the wine team, ensuring top service standards and product knowledge, while managing inventory, supplier relationships, and budget. You will collaborate with the culinary team, organize tastings and wine events, and maintain the cellar to the highest standards, all while introducing innovative selections and keeping the club at the forefront of wine experiences. Who you are: Curious, open-minded, and guided by strong values Experienced sommelier with a deep passion for wine and fine dining. Skilled in wine storage, cellar management, and inventory control. Experienced in cost management and supplier relationships. Strong leadership and team training abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members and colleagues. Knowledgeable about wine trends, pairing techniques, and luxury service standards.
