This person will be responsible for driving growth, building long‑term client relationships, and delivering tailored HI‑FOG® Water Mist solutions for building applications.\nKey Responsibilities Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the building construction market in Italy.\nIdentify, acquire, and manage new projects and customers in building construction.\nWork closely and establish strong relationships with design companies, MEP designers, firefighting consultants, end users, public authorities, to define and promote compliant and efficient fire protection solutions.\nManage the end‑to‑end sales process, from feasibility study and quotation to deal closure with all involved stakeholders.\nEnsure customer satisfaction and long‑term account retention through consultative sales and continuous support.\nRepresent Marioff at marketing events promoting the benefits of HI‑FOG® Water Mist technology.\nMonitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.\nAchieve order intake, sales, margin and customer development objectives in line with company targets. Experience 5+ years of proven experience with proactive B2B business development & sales activities, preferably from the fire protection industry (fire suppression, sprinkler system sales experience is highly preferred)\nProven track record (yearly order intake, number of won projects, served customers) in selling complex technical systems\nExperience managing complex, consultative B2B sales processes with long decision cycles\nEstablished relationships with all stakeholders involved in the sales process (for example design companies, firefighting consultants, MEP consultants, general contractors, end users, public authorities, etc) in the Italian building construction market.
