About The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Google Cloud to drive the growth and development of our strategic partner ecosystem across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, and SecOps solutions. This is a customer- and partner-facing commercial role, where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue across the Google Cloud portfolio. You will work closely with Google, internal sales teams, and partners to execute go-to-market strategies, accelerate pipeline, and position Google Cloud solutions effectively in the market.
What You’ll Do

* Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partners across Google Cloud, Workspace, and SecOps
* Drive business growth and revenue by identifying and executing new opportunities with partners
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations
* Support partners across the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, deal support, and closing
* Collaborate with Google and internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and joint initiatives
* Enable and support partners in positioning Google Cloud solutions to end customers
* Track pipeline performance and drive accountability on growth targets
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and Google Cloud developments
* Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners scale their Google Cloud business
What We’re Looking For

* Experience in business development, sales, or partner management within IT (cloud experience preferred)
* Good understanding of cloud solutions, ideally Google Cloud Platform, SaaS, or security offerings
* Experience working with or managing partners, resellers, or channel ecosystems
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
* Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment
* Fluency in English (local language if applicable)
