Careers that Change LivesThe Patient Monitoring (PM) Sales Specialist is responsible for selling and implementing the Medtronic PM product and solutions to Medtronic customers and prospects with an enhanced focus on clinical and outcome-based benefits of our solutions. In Medtronic Patient Monitoring, we deliver solutions for critical care areas (Operation Room and Intensive Care Unit) and go further across the patient’s care continuum to avoid perioperative complications and respiratory compromise. Join us as we innovate and expand our portfolio to improve patient care across the region!A Day in the Life Promote and sell Patient Monitoring products in close collaboration with the Patient Monitoring Account Managers, within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.Be responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with relevant (clinical) stakeholders, key opinion leaders (KOL) and local Ad Boards and societies in close collaboration with Account Managers.Be responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities.Execute on local market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including research and development (R&D), Operations and Marketing.
