RECRUITMENT CONTEXT: To support its continued growth in Italy, our client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover central and/or southern regions, with a specific focus on Florence and surrounding areas, but with potential flexibility to cover other strategic cities such as Rimini, Naples, or others depending on market opportunities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Growing the Client Portfolio: Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains in concerned areas. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers). Selling the Company’s Solutions: Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools. Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client. Close deals and meet sales targets. Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction. Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings. Representing the Company at Industry Events: Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company’s network. PROFILE SOUGHT: Desired experience: 5 years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors. Languages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English. Sales Expertise: Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients. Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in hospitality technology or similar fields is a significant advantage. Personal Qualities: Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder. SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary: €40,000 fixed per year 10% variable based on total sales generated. Additional benefits: to be discussed during the recruitment process.
