The Team and Role : As an E-Commerce Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for developing the assigned account by driving quarterly and yearly marketing and sales plans. You will also manage the strategic development of the e-commerce landscape, aligning your strategy with other channels where the company operates. Location for this role is only Milan, Italy. These are the behaviors and values you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role, you will : Support the Online South Head daily and help the cluster grow with the assigned customers. Drive overall performance of Amazon, achieving targets for profitable sales growth. Develop Amazon and E-tail B2B platforms. Prepare consolidated business reports for your manager and leadership team. Monitor sales and marketing KPIs, identify threats, and control metrics for your accounts. Support deployed advertising campaigns and customize execution to meet business goals. Implement new product launches, categories, and initiatives, coordinating local campaigns. Work with the EU organization to develop a sustainable yearly sales and marketing plan. Assist in quarterly planning with presentations, data, and KPIs. Collaborate with the Amazon Customer Marketing Manager for optimal marketing activities. Share best practices across the South Cluster and EU organization. Be an active team member and a brand ambassador. Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications : Minimum skills and experience include: Extensive account and marketing experience, ideally in consumer electronics, IT, or FMCG. Understanding of e-commerce market and online sales processes; Amazon experience is a plus. Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset. Solid presentation and negotiation skills with key partners. Knowledge of marketing concepts and KPIs. Ability to manage projects and initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and basic performance marketing tools. Passion for online channels. Energetic, creative, humble but hungry.
