As Account Director, you own client success, drive profitable growth, and lead cross-functional teams. You will seek organic growth within existing clients while mentoring junior teammates. * Translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies with Strategy and Planning
* Lead and manage the team to meet goals and ensure delivery quality

* Present and defend agency proposals when needed

Responsabilità
* 6+ years in the industry
* Leadership experience
* Fluent in English
* Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of CRM tools (plus)
* Familiarity with e-commerce and online advertising
* Ability to create and communicate clear briefs and collaborate through the creative process
* Understanding of paid search, online campaigns, and emerging media
* Excellent presentation and organizational skills
* Experience in an integrated agency environment
