You negotiate building modifications for new installations, balancing operational needs with lease compliance. /p pMid‑morning a site visit assessing dilapidation risks ahead of lease expiry. You collaborate with Finance on quarterly budget reviews, analyzing OPEX variances and identifying cost optimization opportunities across your properties. /p pThe afternoon involves strategic planning, developing sustainability initiatives advising senior leadership on real estate implications for new delivery concepts. Between calls with Legal and Engineering teams, you manage landlord relationships. /p pYour day concludes reviewing performance metrics. /p h3About the Team /h3 pThe French asset manager sits within the SEU (Southern Europe – France, Belgium, Spain and Italy) Asset Management team which is part of the wider EU Asset Management team. Asset Management is part of the Global Realty Portfolio Optimization team covering EU and NA. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across EU and NA. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in business, real estate, management, or related field /li li5+ years experience of property or asset management within commercial real estate, corporate occupier, developer, fund, or landlord entity. /li liExpertise analyzing and clearly explaining complex lease terminology and provisions. /li liProficient in commercial real estate management software platforms, Microsoft Office, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems to manage client relationships and data. /li liExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English /li liDemonstrated proficiency in commercial and industrial building systems, including fire and life safety systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure.
