* Job Description
In collaboration with different departments of the company, the objective will be to ensure proper customer service from the moment the sale is concluded to the delivery of the order and after-sales management.
The main missions will be as follows :
* Be the main contact for customers on after-sales issues.
* Take care together with colleagues in the various departments in Italy and France of opening repair tickets, ensuring their proper handling and billing
* Enter maintenance contracts, managing their rapid activation and subsequent billing
* Support the existing back office team in entering new and existing customer orders
* Qualifications
* You have a strong and significant experience in back office sales activities, preferably in multinational contexts
* Skills in managing the entire order process from order entry to order fulfillment, including claims handling, shipping, billing and invoicing
* Familiarity in the use of major computer tools (Microsoft Office); knowledge of SAP welcome
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and customer oriented
* Good teamwork skills, problem solving, and proactive approach.
