Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting F&B Service Experts - Chef de rang - Room Service notturno to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover tasks related to F&B service mainly in Room Service, with potential support across our four outlets. It's a challenging but rewarding experience. What you'll do Take guests' food and beverage orders and record them in the system (Infrasys). Make menu recommendations, handle special requests, and upsell when appropriate. Ensure efficient, authentic service and check guest satisfaction. Set up and prepare the outlet for service. Order and restock inventory. Follow SOPs and brand guidelines. Adhere to quality, health, safety, and hygiene standards. What you'll need : Passion for luxury hospitality.
