Job Description:
For strengthening our HR team, we are looking for an Addetto/a Amministrazione del Personale who will support activities related to personnel management within a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Administrative management of Italian employee relations: hiring, terminations, contract renewals and changes, with monitoring of deadlines
* Sending and managing mandatory communications to relevant authorities (e.g., INPS, INAIL)
* Verification and control of payroll processing, in collaboration with an external consulting firm
* Management of attendance, absences, holidays, permits, illnesses, and accidents, in coordination with retail outlets
* Compliance with tax and social security obligations as per current regulations and company policies
* Updating and maintaining employee records in company systems
* Supporting retail outlets with administrative and contractual requests
* Archiving personnel documentation and managing legal mail (PEC)
* Preparing reports and analyses in Excel to support HR monitoring

This position is made for you if:
* You have at least 2 years of experience in personnel administration, preferably in retail/large distribution or at specialized consulting firms
* You are familiar with Italian labor regulations, especially the Commercial Contract, fiscal and social security obligations, and procedures related to employment relationships (hiring, termination, renewal, contract changes)
* You have good proficiency with digital tools for reporting (especially Excel), and experience with company systems (Workday and CCMX) for managing personnel data
* You possess excellent interpersonal skills, confidentiality, problem-solving orientation, and team working skills
* You know French (minimum B1 level)
