Ph3Overview /h3pAs core member of the retail leading team, the Store Manager promotes Hermès culture through achieving store excellence, helping talents flourish, crafting the most memorable customer experience and ensuring seamless floor operations with an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative approach. The Store Manager of Padua reports to a Local Area Manager. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliBusiness and Sales development: Define the commercial strategy to continuously improve the boutique performance and track all KPIs related to the store activity. Liaise with the Retail Director to ensure a continuous flow of information with the HQ on store and team development, including other relevant stakeholders when needed. Be responsible for buying for the Boutique’s departments and support the team to propose a buying strategy based on past performance, observation, client feedback, market trends, etc. /li /ulh3People Management and Development /h3ulliExcel as a role model of Hermès values and culture for all team members, showing integrity and ethical behavior, embodying the brand image with excellent grooming and attitude. /liliDevelop role models within the team, lead by example and share feedback. /liliFacilitate communication with the team about maison history, culture and activities, encouraging generous sharing of anecdotes and curiosities with clients and colleagues. /liliPromote initiatives to bring Hermès values and culture to daily store activities with clients, the team and the local community. /liliDefine team management organization and daily routines to ensure consistency and alignment; ensure proper and smooth coordination between functions and teams. /liliSet the recruitment strategy in partnership with HR and be fully responsible for the recruitment process of the team. /liliObserve individual performance and team dynamics through floor shadowing and share regular feedback to individuals and teams. /liliConduct effective monthly touch-base meetings and annual performance evaluations with team members to support development and discuss career ambition. /liliIdentify training needs and organise proper training sessions when required. /liliSuggest ideas and continuously inspire the team on morning briefings preparation and team events and ensure active participation. /li /ulh3Customer Experience /h3ulliEncourage the team to identify commercial opportunities and deliver the most memorable customer experience with integrity through the team. /liliEnable the team to develop action plans to continuously improve customer experience and enrich the customer portfolio, monitoring implementation. /liliFoster a client culture within the team, supporting the improvement of clienteling activities. /li /ulh3Operations /h3ulliSupervise stock level analysis and assist the team in defining action plans. /liliBe accountable for health safety compliance and ensure adequate training on it for all staff. /liliBe responsible for care and maintenance activities of the store, monitoring their implementation. /liliBe responsible for stock accuracy, inventory planning and cycle counts; promote attention to product care. /liliEnsure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently according to Hermès policy and procedures. /li /ulh3Compliance /h3ulliEnsure that company procedures and systems are clearly communicated to the team. /liliFacilitate and support Internal Audit interventions, providing the information required and responding to requests. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliBachelor’s degree preferably with economic and management focus. /liliFluency in Italian and English.
