Your main responsibilities will be:

* Developing and executing strategic and commercial plans across all assigned accounts in the assigned territories for the assigned product portfolio in order to protect and maximise commercial opportunities
* Managing commercial negotiations and contracts in collaboration with the headquarters team.
* Executing the strategy in the assigned accounts by engaging external stakeholders effectively and in compliance with the Farmindustria code
* Mapping and identifying strategic new Key Accounts for existing and new products in the portfolio.
* Carrying out all activities in accordance with company policies and guidelines and with applicable legislation for the pharmaceutical sector (Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Good Practice – Farmaindustria).
* Acting to increase global awareness of the Grindeks Kalceks brands and the company within the selected accounts.
* Monitoring the performance and activities of competitors to safeguard and further promote GKI position in the market.
* Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of activities by reporting in the CRM tool.

We expect you to have:

* University degree or professional training in a relevant field (e.g. medicine, natural sciences, pharmacy, business administration/economics)
* Preferably 10-15 years seniority in the field of generics products in the retail sales channel
* Ability to build long-term customer relationships and good network with wholesalers /pharmacies purchasing groups (best working with GX products)
* Excellent learning skills and desire to join a dynamic and fast growing company
* Results driven approach
* Proven track record of successful sales
* Experience in the daily use of MS Office, as well as knowledge in the use of CRM systems
* Ability to multitask between numerous websites and applications
