/p h3Job Description /h3 pThe EMEA Marketing Manager leads marketing planning and execution for McIntosh and Sonus Faber across the Europe, Middle East Africa region.
This role translates global direction into impactful regional brand initiatives, while owning the planning and budgeting process to drive both marketing effectiveness and business growth.
/p h3Roles Responsibilities /h3 h3Planning /h3 ul liDevelop and own the regional activation plan, calendar, and budget, in alignment with global strategy and regional sales priorities.
/li liBuild and execute regional marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, consideration, and demand among four key audiences: existing audiophiles, new luxury buyers, design advisors, and aspiring luxury buyers.
/li liLocalize global brand activations and partnerships to meet regional market needs and support sales growth.
/li /ul h3Customer Enablement /h3 ul liBuild and maintain relationships with regional distributors and dealers to support local activations and inform the broader customer support framework.
/li liLead the rollout of marketing assets and guidelines across regional dealers, distributors sales channels.
/li /ul h3Reporting Insights /h3 ul liPartner with regional sales teams, distributors, and dealers to gather local market insights that inform regional and global strategy.
/li liSet KPIs for regional activities, generate reports to evaluate performance, and share learnings to optimize future marketing efforts.
/li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with sales team to support regional growth objectives.
/li liSupport regional PR efforts in coordination with the Global PR team to amplify brand visibility in key markets.
/li liCoordinate with Automotive teams (Bose partner OEMs) on regionally relevant partnership activations.
/li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in marketing program or project management, preferably in a corporate or global setting.
/li liProven experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
/li liStrong background in campaign planning, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
/li liExperience working with creative teams, product marketing, and sales enablement.
/li liFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira).

/li liStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
/li liAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
