Job Description:
Objectives:
* Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, collaborating closely with management.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.
* Provide offers and quotes to current and potential customers.
* Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
* Develop sales strategies for the company's products.
* Gather information for preparing sale contracts.
* Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
* Seek new business opportunities, especially related to replacing Polyamide compounds.
* Negotiate sales terms with management's approval.
* Manage customer rates and records.
* Issue material samples and test requests for the laboratory.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Ensure contracts and sales volumes are properly managed.
* Identify and manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and structural changes.
* Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
* Support technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during management meetings.
Your profile:
* Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques.
* Deep understanding of company's technical capabilities and product advantages.
* Knowledge of the plastics industry and processing, especially injection moulding, with proven account management success.
* Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes.
* Strong decision-making skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments.
* Good time management and prioritization skills with a proactive attitude.
* Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
