With the Papernet brand, we cater to the "Away‑from‑Home" sector, ensuring quality solutions for businesses and public spaces. Purpose To manage the product specifications and packaging in line with the agreed product strategies and priorities, cooperating with the local countries of the assigned geographical area. Main Responsibilities

Proposes any product launch and line extension in the assigned countries, taking into consideration the Power Brands and Strategic Cells reports. Guarantees that the approved Unique Selling Propositions and the Business Value Proposition of the assigned products are correctly deployed in every communication stream (Digital, packaging, local material…). Analyses consumer and retail trends received from the local Category Management Department (market trends, competitors, consumers…) to feed the product innovation plans. Supports the local Category Managers of the assigned countries with category insights in order to draft Trade Stories for clients. Analyses consumer complaints reports and liaises with the local Category Management Department and local Product Office Department in order to monitor corrective actions aimed at matching the quality standards. Liaises with the Group Operating Process Department to organise agreed product trials and analyzes the results in order to submit a final proposition to the Line Manager and Marketing & Sales Director Brand. Manages the packaging creation of the assigned products with the Graphic Designer and packaging agencies, under the lead of the Line Manager. Liaises with the local Category Management Department to adapt on‑packaging communication to local standards and laws. Supports the Line Manager to build and deploy the Brand books. Drafts the annual Marketing plan of the assigned countries in collaboration with the Line Manager and the Marketing & Sales Director. Supports the local Category Management Department in implementing the agreed consumer marketing strategies and action plans. Facilitates the implementation of editorial plans in the assigned countries, mediating the relationship between the Digital Marketing & Sales department and the local Marketing & Sales Department. Controls the orders and invoices of packaging agencies. Raises purchase orders and manages the administration flow of media investments made in the assigned countries.

Requirements for the Application

Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or related fields. 5+ years’ experience in top‑tier Consumer Packaged Goods companies, ideally in non‑food or household categories. Proven success in product management and in leading complex product portfolios or innovation projects. International experience is a plus. Fluent in English.
