With solid experience in online business development and software design, we combine strategy, technology, and creativity to deliver innovative, tailor-made solutions for our clients._ Who we’re looking for Key responsibilities - Analyze e-commerce data and key KPIs to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, supporting the digital team’s strategic decision-making. - Continuously monitor online collection performance in terms of visibility, interactions, and sales results. - Track and optimize the customer journey end-to-end—from landing on the website to in-store pickup (Reserve & Collect)—to ensure a smooth, frictionless shopping experience. - Coordinate and drive all digital projects for the Swiss, Swedish, and Finnish markets, meeting timelines, objectives, and quality standards. - Manage and progress daily tasks and operational tickets for the Swiss, Swedish, and Finnish markets, ensuring timely resolution aligned with business priorities. - Coordinate and review marketing campaign mock-ups, ensuring brand consistency and performance optimization. - Continuously update the UX and UI of the Swiss, Swedish, and Finnish e-commerce sites, defining creatives, featured products, copy, and calls-to-action to maximize engagement and conversions. - Coordinate and evaluate digital marketing partners, assessing campaign quality and effectiveness and recommending corrective actions when needed. - Oversee onsite product additions to ensure the same product range and shopping experience as in physical stores. - Resolve integration issues between physical and online stores, ensuring alignment on assortment, pricing, promotions, and real-time availability. Requirements: - Availability: Immediate. - Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in Fashion, Luxury, or Beauty. - Analytical skills: Strong data analysis and reporting ability; knowledge of GA4 preferred. - Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Languages: Fluent English (minimum B2). - Digital knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools; knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred. - Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving, and a strong team-player attitude.
