* Responsible for Regional Sales activities in Italy.
* Develop and deploy a regional business plan that details new business opportunities and sustainable growth.
* Maintain, contact and visit regularly, existing and prospective customers.
* CRM Way of Life- use the CRM to document all Sales Customer Activity.
* Handling all incoming Regional Sales Leads.
* Follow up on quotes and orders in Region
* Maintain Elmo's Customer Database and use tools for effective report generation on present and future sales opportunities.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Technical Sales, preferably in automation or motion control industries
* B.Sc. degree in Engineering
* Strong understanding of servo and automation systems
* Relevant knowledge in Automation / Servo Motors / Servo Drives & Controls Mechatronics /Software /Quality/ Environmental Condition
* Excellent knowledge of English, technical and commercial.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%
