An exciting opportunity exists - to join Explora Journeys, the new luxury travel brand of MSC Group - for a Destination Experiences Specialist, who supports the Destination Team with administrative tasks, focusing on allocation management, guest requests, and system updates. This role ensures smooth operations, accurate tour data, and seamless communication with tour operators, ships, and internal teams to enhance guest experiences. - Background in Shore Excursions or concierge services (luxury cruise line experience is an advantage); - Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); any additional European Language, Chinese\/Mandarin, or Korean is an advantage; - Degree in Languages\/Economics is considered an advantage; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, strong knowledge of Windows OS for daily operations and system navigation, AI Knowledge; - Experience managing multiple systems and strong organizational skills; - Strong communications and customer care skills; - Problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. - Manage tour allocations, including allotment requests, adjustments, and updates, while keeping the ship informed; - Support EEC Ambassadors with Custom-Tailored Tour Curation: Design bespoke tours based on guest preferences and upsell premium packages; - Monitor prepaid sales, generate reports for tour operators, and handle ad hoc groups, language requests, and private bookings via Salesforce; - Process and manage all wheelchair and special guest requests, ensuring proper arrangements; - Maintain and update multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, Salsify) and handle documentation, including contracts, supplier forms, and updates to the Destex Brand Manual; - Set up allocation files for upcoming seasons and itineraries and file all new destination content in Salsify; - Handle post-journey complaints, ensuring proper follow-up and guest satisfaction.
