Your Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you'll take charge of sales activities within your assigned region—expanding market presence, cultivating key partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth.
You will:Manage and grow sales within designated territoriesStrengthen market positioning and brand recognition across the regionIdentify new business opportunities and develop channel strategiesBuild relationships with key consultants, engineering firms, and end-usersLead negotiations and secure major industrial projectsImplement pricing, product, and competitive positioning strategiesMonitor sales performance and report progress through CRM toolsCollaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to align objectives

What We're Looking For
Background & ExperienceAround 5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or process coolingProven track record managing regional or channel sales networksComfortable with complex project cycles and negotiation processes
Skills & AttributesExcellent communication and commercial acumenStrategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skillsTechnical curiosity and ability to engage engineering stakeholdersAdvanced proficiency in CRM and reporting toolsWillingness to travel extensively across the region
