Our equipment supports ultrasonic and eddy current flaw detection to inspect welds, detect hidden cracks, porosity, and other internal irregularities.
What will you do
Role : NDT Sales Specialist, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - South Region (Iberia, Italy). You will drive sales growth through technical expertise, customer engagement, and a strategic market approach.
Responsibilities
* Analyze the market in your sales area and develop yearly Action Plans
* Define and follow up Account Plans
* Provide commercial and technical support to customers; assist Inside Sales with technical advice or on-site demos
* Achieve sales targets in your area
* Plan regular visits to customer facilities
* Create leads and opportunities
* Prepare technical and economic offers
* Regularly follow up opportunities until close
* Report opportunities, follow-up, and activities in CRM (Sales Force)
* Attend exhibitions and marketing events
* Design, schedule, and deliver local workshops and seminars
* Install products and provide customer training
* Provide technical support to our distributor ADG in the south of Italy
* Serve the area : Vall D’Aosta, Piemonte, Liguria, Toscana, Emilia Romagna and Malta; support ADG distributor in the south of Italy
Requirements / Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in NDT-related industries
* NDT technique knowledge and hands-on experience
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Strong sales and commercial skills
* Knowledge of the Italian industry market is a plus
* Willingness to travel within the assigned area and Europe for meetings and training
