Role Description
We are looking for aTechnical Sales Engineer to join our growing team and support ourChief Revenue Officer in all commercial and pre‑sales activities.
This is a key role for someone who wants to combineanalytical thinking, industrial understanding, and customer engagement in an innovative, international environment.
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Cagliari.
You will support the CRO in preparing, structuring, and managing sales operations — from prospect analysis to proposal development — ensuring effective coordination between our technical and commercial teams.
Over time, you’ll gain direct exposure to customers and develop into a client‑facing role.
Key responsibilities
- Support the CRO in commercial activities and negotiations.
- Contribute to the identification and profiling of prospects across target markets.
- Analyze clients’ industrial and logistics processes to understand their needs and constraints.
- Develop commercial proposals under supervision and ensure timely execution of related tasks.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and prepare periodic reports.
What we’re looking for
- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in structured industrial environments.
- Strong command of English.
- A natural inclination toward commercial and client‑oriented activities.
