Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? /ppWe are hiring an experienced Global Senior Brand Manager to join the Vitamins Minerals and Supplements Global Marketing team in one of our European Offices. /ph3strongScope of the Role /strong /h3pIn this role, you will: /pulliSupport in leading the total brand category strategy across Europe /liliCoordinate and influence the cross-functional team (regulatory, RD, quality, supply,…) senior management stakeholders. /liliDevelop 5Y category strategy to define a clear growth roadmap with a consumer-first approach (product innovation, go to market strategy, activation platform,..) /liliAnticipate consumer trends, competition new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap. /liliActively collaborate with top tier countries globally /liliDefine and execute consumer-centric innovation pipeline (concept, research, development master text) /liliCollaborate with creative media agencies to lead the activation toolkits (TVC, digital, POS,…), with the right consumer insights touchpoints in partnership with top tier countries. /liliReport, track, learn suggest improvements by analysing the impact on sales of marketing actions. /liliPL ownership including AP management and optimisation. /li /ulh3strongExperience Required /strong /h3ulliLeadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and equally the ability to execute with excellence /liliSolid business acumen, strong written and oral communication skills /liliAbility to work at pace with a constant willingness to learn /liliProven track record in generating growth through creative thinking, NPD management and 4Ps excellence. /li liStakeholder management skills able to influence peers, leadership, exec and local teams /liliA strong drive for results, proactive curious attitude, and performance tracking (Analytical skills and ability to build KPIs) /li liModerate travel: 20-30% of the time /liliAdvanced English /li li(6 years +) preferably in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG and someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. /li liExperience in the VMS category is a plus /li /ulpstrongBenefits /strongbr/We believe our people are our greatest asset.
