Sales & Customer Management
* Advise customers on service products for biogas plants (applications, benefits, optimization potential)
* Maintain and develop strong relationships through regular customer visits
* Manage and coordinate a network of existing customers
* Identify and acquire new customers, with a focus on public sector clients
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate internally
Business Development
* Develop and implement new sales strategies
* Contribute to market-appropriate pricing in collaboration with internal departments
* Identify market trends and opportunities within the biogas sector
* Drive market penetration and expansion activities
Operational Coordination
* Initiate and coordinate service orders in close collaboration with the Service Office
* Ensure customer requests and feedback are processed efficiently
* Support internal teams with customer insights and requirements Reporting & Analysis
o Maintain sales statistics and performance tracking
o Provide regular reporting on activities, opportunities, and market developments
Qualifications & Experience
o Technical background (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or environmental engineering)
o Solid experience in the biogas or renewable energy sector
o Strong network within the biogas industry (especially in Italy)
o Proven experience in technical sales or after‑sales service
o Strong customer orientation and communication skills
o Ability to work independently and manage a distributed customer base
o High level of flexibility and willingness to travel
Languages
o Italian (fluent, negotiable/professional level)
o English (fluent)
o German is a plus

o Primary work location: Italy
o Office: Home office (optionally Rovereto)
o Travel requirement: approximately 50%
