Marsh is seeking candidates to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits Team as a Sales Executive based in Milan or Rome. We will count on you to : Develop the MMB Employee Benefits and Welfare business in the assigned area and collaborate with Mercer to create a cohesive MMB value proposition; Design a sales plan to pursue MMB growth opportunities, implementing a full range of insurance and service solutions; Execute sales goals through presentations, calls, and meetings; Serve as a focal point for Client Executives and Office Managers in the assigned area, managing the shared prospect pipeline; Manage sales campaigns and initiatives, craft sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that address complex prospect needs and communicate the value of MMB's services; Attend industry events and conferences to build a professional network; Develop business partnerships with local offices across Italy and with Marsh McLennan businesses, identifying new potential clients. What you need to have : Degree in Economics or a related field. 5-10 years of experience, preferably in sales or business development roles within insurance companies or brokers. Extensive knowledge of Health & Benefits insurance products. Strong sales acumen. Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English. What makes you stand out : Strong interpersonal skills.
