The Account Manager reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for revenue growth by selling the Videojet product range to existing and new customers, leading sales activities through CRM metrics, and promoting finance and service agreements. This remote position covers customers in the Moravia region and is part of a sales team of five.

In this role, a typical day includes:

* Conducting meetings with current and prospective customers
* Preparing offers and solutions tailored to customer needs
* Arranging onsite equipment demonstrations with the service team when needed
* Updating sales activities and opportunity funnel in CRM regularly

The essential requirements include:

* Experience in business development and account management
* Knowledge of lead generation, funnel management, and KPIs
* Experience in acquiring new business and customers
* Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com)
* Excellent communication skills, native Czech/Slovak, with good English
* Availability to travel 3 days a week within the Moravia region
