2 giorni faAre you ready for your new culinary professional chapter as Head Chef?Fàula Restaurant is a destination restaurant where sustainability, product-driven research and contemporary technique meet the heritage of the Langhe, representing a refined yet authentic approach to contemporary cuisine.Deeply focused on sustainability and meticulous product research, Fàula Restaurant was awarded the "Two forks Gambero Rosso" and located inside the 5* sustainable Resort Casa di Langa.The Head Chef provides culinary leadership for the restaurant, shaping its gastronomic vision through seasonality, ingredient integrity and modern technique. The role combines creativity, consistency and operational excellence, with the objective of delivering an elevated dining experience that reflects the values of Casa di Langa while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability of Casa di Langa.Casa di Langa is a 5* sustainable hotel with 39 rooms and suites, restaurant, and spa, affiliated with Preferred Hotels and Resorts in the L.V.X. category and located in the beautiful hills of Alta Langa, Piemonte (CN). Since its official opening on June 11th, 2021, Casa di Langa has already achieved remarkable milestones such as winning the 2023 Preferred Awards of Excellence and joining the Virtuoso Exclusives program.What You Will DoDesign, develop and update menus for all F&B outlets, in line with the company’s strategic visionSupervise and coordinate food preparation and productionManage all F&B food areas, including breakfasts, bar, room service, tavern and gourmet restaurantSelect, train and lead the kitchen staff, building a motivated, skilled and quality-oriented brigadeOrganize work schedules, internal mobility and shift coverage across departmentsDefine a clear vision for the kitchen and set specific goals for the teamEnsure compliance with health, safety, cleanliness and maintenance standardsGuarantee a high level of customer satisfaction, in close coordination with the Restaurant ManagerManage procurement, ensuring high-quality raw materials with constant attention to costsOptimize warehouse and inventory management to reduce waste and ensure freshnessEnsure correct storage and handling of products in full compliance with HACCP regulationsWho We Are Looking ForProven experience in 5-star hotels or gourmet restaurantsExcellent knowledge of EnglishStrong culinary expertise with a high level of creativityProven ability to manage multiple teams simultaneouslyAdvanced knowledge and training in HACCP proceduresParticipative leadership style with strong communication, motivation and training skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage stress effectivelyExcellent multitasking skills and operational speedStrong financial awareness, with experience in budget and cost controlNice to haveAccess to your own vehicleWe OfferFull-time contract5 working days per week (2 days off)8-hour shiftsComplimentary staff meals in the In-house staff canteenUniform provided + 2 weekly laundry servicesContinuous training, support and onboardingCareer growth opportunities within an expanding international hospitality groupSpecial rates and benefits within the Group’s companiesPlease send your CV to talent@casadilanga.comAbout Our GroupCasa di Langa is part of Krause Group, a U.S.-based parent company comprising diverse domestic and international businesses.
