As Hanwha Solutions continues to expand in Europe, we are looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to drive market development and industry engagement. In this role, you will combine technical expertise and strategic market insight, working closely with leading cable manufacturers, utilities, and industry organizations across the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute technical marketing strategies to expand Hanwha's wire and cable materials business in Europe.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging technology trends.Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, collaborating with engineering, R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with European cable manufacturers, utilities, and industry partners .Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and technology advancements to support strategic positioning.Participate in international technical committees and working groups (IEC, CIGRE, ICC) contributing to standards and innovation in the wire and cable sector.
QualificationsStrong network within the European cable or power transmission industry .Experience in technical marketing, product strategy, or business development in cable, power, or industrial materials sectors.Fluency in Italian, German, or French ; minimum B2 English proficiency required.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical or chemical engineering, materials science or a related field .
PreferredExperience with European cable manufacturers or infrastructure providers .Knowledge of power transmission systems and cable materials (XLPE, semiconductive compounds, jacket materials).Participation in industry technical committees or standardization activities .
